  1. Cedar Tree Ireland will only collect personal information required to fulfill a customers order. If the customer has given us their permission, we may contact them occasionally via email giving details of offers and new products.
  2. Cedar Tree Ireland will never pass this information on to any third party business other than those businesses who provide Cedar Tree with I.T. facilities and who have established approved privacy policies.
  3. Cedar Tree Ireland will store personal information taken at the time of order within an approved secure environment, accessible only by approved members of staff. The information relating to a purchase has to be stored for six years by law for Revenue (Tax) purposes.
  4. Cedar Tree will never send to you via email or text message any marketing material unless you have opted to receive such information.
  5. Cedar Tree Ireland delete all images uploaded to their servers by website users within 30 days of the original upload date.
  6. Cedar Tree Ireland delete from their systems all print ready artwork after 16 weeks from the date of the original order. Artwork is only held for this period in case a customer needs to re-order.

If you purchase a product from our website, Cedar Tree Ireland collects the following personal information about you:

  2. Details of your purchase stored securely for six years for Tax purposes

  4. Telephone number stored securely for six years with purchase records

  6. Copies of any uploaded photographs to be used with your purchase along with any provided personal data such as names, dates of birth, etc. stored securely for four months in case of re-order requirements
